Chryse was a theme dungeon in the El Nath Mts. themed after ancient Greece. It was a floating island above Orbis inhabited by giants. The story was about Xerxes, Michaela's pet mountain goat, getting hold of an evil power by mistake and now threatening to sink Chryse down into Orbis. It's up to you to defeat Xerxes and save Chryse! Upon defeat, Xerxes would drop 5 Weapon Boxes (one for each class); only one player could pick up a box at a time, causing the other boxes to disappear.

This area was open to Level 50+ players. Chryse was temporarily closed as of the You & I / Rising Heroes Update. A new Party Quest, Xerxes in Chryse, was later released, leaving the fate of the theme dungeon unknown.
