Crimsonwood (Aqua Road) was an alternate version of Crimsonwood. Instead of being accessible from New Leaf City, it was accessible through The Grave of a Wrecked Ship in Aquarium. While it had the same mobs as Crimsonwood, it featured new maps and a streamlined path to Crimsonwood Keep, rather than a maze. It also contained a boss-only version of the Crimsonwood Keep Party Quest, which allowed you to fight the bosses one after the other (with varying difficulties). The Pirate Boss, Nagrom (ヘロン; Heron) was also first introduced in this version, and eventually was added to the GlobalMS version of the Party Quest. It was available in JapanMS (while only the Fortress was accessible via Jungle Valley in ChinaMS and TaiwanMS), but it has been removed from the game.
