Monster Life was a system where players could build their own farms to receive buffs. Clovers were used to express a farm's beauty, and special buffs could be obtained from it. Players could obtain Warus automatically from buildings, which could be used to purchase buildings, decor, and monsters to mold their farms to their preferences. Warus could also be exchanged for Monster Life Coins at a ratio of 2000:1, which could be used to purchase certain items, most notably Spell Traces.

Players could also purchase better buildings, decor, and special Monster Boxes with Monster Life Gems, which could be obtained via the Cash Shop or various Event shops. The farm was shared across all worlds on an account, but was unavailable in Heroic / Reboot Worlds.

A farm could be leveled up by amassing experience through quests and nurturing monsters, up to Level 40, with the maximum number of monsters on the farm increasing along the way. Monsters came in various categories, such as Mushrooms, Yeti and Pepe, Slimes and Snails, Oddities, Golems, Erdas, and Special, with the ranks consisting of C, B, B+, A, A+, S, and SS. Each monster category provided a specific stat bonus, and the monsters would expire after 30 days. Afterward, the monster would stay on the farm but not provide the stat bonus. A monster's life could be extended by an additional 14 days at the cost of Warus / Monster Life Gems depending on the rank (with the exception of SS rank monsters).

Players were also able to visit the farms of other players and combine their own monsters with monsters owned by other players at the cost of Warus, granting a new monster. Some of the more notable stat bonuses included Final Attack Skill Damage, Summon Duration, Monster EXP, Item Drop Rate, Meso Drop Rate, Cooldown Skip Chance, Critical Rate, Critical Damage, Buff Duration, Boss Monster Damage, and , Ignored Enemy Defense.

It was available in KoreaMS, GlobalMS, and MapleSEA, but it has been removed from the game and replaced with Legion / Union Artifact as of the Dreamer / GO WEST! Update. Players were able to convert their Monster Life EXP to Legion Artifact EXP at a ratio of 20:1.
