Crimsonwood Keep Party Quest, colloquially referred to as CWKPQ, was a Party Quest in the Crimsonwood area where players had to fight Naricain's Twisted Masters, who are attempting to raise an army to invade the rest of Masteria. Players would have to recruit 2 of each class type (Warrior, Magician, Bowman, Thief, and Pirate), and most stages throughout the Party Quest will require each class to contribute. Each class was required throughout the Party Quest to activate special Sigils for each class type and entering special rooms dedicated to each class.

The Party Quest would culminate in a boss battle where players would fight the 4 Twisted Masters all at once: the Magician Margana, the Warrior Red Nirg, the Bowman Rellik, and the Thief Hsalf. JapanMS's release of the alternate Crimsonwood located near Aqua Road introduced a fifth Pirate Boss, Nagrom (ヘロン, Heron), who was eventually was added to the GlobalMS version of the Party Quest in February 2014. Each boss would drop a Mark of Naricain, proving their loyalty to Naricain. Defeating all of the bosses would allow players to enter the reward room, where they could break open chests that contained various consumables such as Gelt Chocolate, Banana Graham Pie, Ssiws Cheese, and various HP/MP recovery items. Sometimes, players could also receive Taos for item-crafting via Fiona, Scrolls, or various Mastery Books.

Crimsonwood Keep Party Quest was temporarily closed in the March 2016 update with the release of the Masteria Through Time blockbuster, with an announcement that it would be released later in the year. However, it has yet to return.

• With the Twisted Masters being from the original Versal prior to the story rewrites of Masteria Through Time, each of them has their names written backwards:
  • Margana is Anagram, but is also a reference to Morgan le Fay / Morgana le Fay, a sorceress from the legend of King Arthur
  • Red Nirg is Grinder
  • Rellik is Killer
  • Hsalf is Flash
  • Nagrom is Morgan, a reference to the Welsh privateer Sir Henry Morgan, also known as Captain Morgan
    • The Tynerum Altar Party Quest, which was heavily based on this Party Quest, renamed Nagrom to Gawyllacs, which is Scallywag backwards.
