Maple Leaf High School, formerly known as Red Leaf High, was an event theme dungeon for Level 10 to 200 players added to TaiwanMS in May 2012, eventually being added to ChinaMS, JapanMS, MapleSEA and GlobalMS. The area featured a fictional school nearby Ximending with various NPCs and monsters from Maple World. Players would have to complete challenges in a series of random maps of Maple Leaf High School, such as eliminating enemies, selecting the right dialogue when talking to certain NPCs, and avoiding school nurses. In the middle and final stages, players would have to defeat one of the Four Pillars of Heaven: Joe Joe, Hermoninny, Little Dragon, or Ika. Completing each stage and doing quests from the various NPCs would grant a decent amount of EXP. Later on, Maple Leaf High was expanded to include an additional stage, with the final boss Econ (all servers except GlobalMS) or Captain Finger (GlobalMS only).

The event Sengoku High was available as an expansion of Maple Leaf High School in JapanMS, TaiwanMS, ChinaMS and GlobalMS, where players could get many exclusive items, most notably Sengoku Hakase Badge.

Unlike most servers which only had it as an event, Maple Leaf High School existed in ChinaMS as permanent content until December 27, 2022. It was removed due to its related quests becoming inaccessible.
