Kerning City Internet Cafe, also known as Premium Road, was an area available to players accessing the game from a real-life internet cafe. Players could talk to Mong from Kong in Kerning City, who would lead them to the internet cafe area. From there, players could buy food from the Vending Machine such as W Ramen, talk to the Computer to be sent to various hunting grounds, or talk to the cafe owner Billy and gather computer mice from the monsters in the hunting grounds. The hunting grounds were based on existing areas, namely Henesys, Ellinia, Perion, Sleepywood, El Nath, and Ludibrium (with a few additional maps based on Mushroom Shrine, Florina Beach, and Ariant in JapanMS). These hunting grounds granted a 1.5x EXP bonus.

While the NPC Mong from Kong was present in all servers, only KoreaMS, JapanMS and ChinaMS had access to the area, but it has been removed from the game. However, the area's theme was repurposed for KMS's Maple Hideout / GMS's New Leaf Mall Event in Fall 2025's Post-Assemble Update (Spring 2026 for Non-KMS servers). During the event, a copy of the original Kerning City Internet Cafe map was used as an entrance / exit map for the Victoria Adventure Event Party Quest.
