Twisted Aqua Road was an expansion of Aqua Road for players Level 200 and above. It featured higher leveled variants of certain Aqua Road monsters, as well as other monsters from throughout Maple World (with some monsters being reskinned). The final boss was Antoinette, a dark pink version of Pianus with Arkarium's insignia on her forehead (indicating that she was under Arkarium's control). Additionally, TaiwanMS had a single entrance map here related to the Masters' Dungeon where players who reached Level 220 could erect a statue of their character, but it was never expanded and was eventually also removed.
It was in ChinaMS, TaiwanMS, GlobalMS, and JapanMS, but it has been removed from the game. However, a few mobs were repurposed by MapleSEA for a revamp to Singapore's Boat Quay Town in 2023; the Savage Seashell Octopus Slime was repurposed into Ferocious Octobunny, while the Savage Seaman Recruit Ghost and Savage Lieutenant Commander Ghost were repurposed into the Slimy and Mr. Anchor summoned by Capt. Latanica, respectively.
