Arcane Aim

Ignores a portion of enemy Defense when attacking. Damage dealt increases with consecutive attacks. Stacks up to 5 times.
Level Ignores #ignoreMobpdpR% of enemy DEF. Successful attacks have a #prop% chance to increase your damage by #x% for #time sec (excludes minion damage).
This effect stacks up to #y times.
1 Ignores 6% of enemy DEF. Successful attacks have a 25% chance to increase your damage by 2% for 5 sec (excludes minion damage).
