Elemental Radiance

Cast a magical circle to channel the power of the constellations. Magic ATT starts to charge the magic circle when Evan's magic (excluding Spiral of Mana) hits a target, culminating when Magic ATT is full. Unaffected by attack reflection. Only the first attack of Elemental Barrage will have the element applied.
