Grand Finale

Drop an entire concert on the spot! Fans release colorful balloons to celebrate. After the concert ends, the Soul Seeker temporarily changes to Cheering Balloons.
Temporarily applies the effects of Affinity Heart. Cheering Balloons are created only when Soul Seeker Expert is active, and target the boss with the highest Max HP first. Unaffected by attack reflection.
