Lord of the Deep

Call upon the spirit of the dreaded sea serpent that slumbers beneath the savage tides to wrap yourself in a deadly barrier that maims all foes who venture near. Unaffected by attack reflection.
Can attack a certain number of times when activated. Both the number of attacks and cooldown are automatically refreshed when cooldown ends while active. Using the skill again ends it immediately and reduces cooldown in proportion to the remaining number of hits.
Can be toggled On/Off.
