Storm of Arrows

Arrows shot into the sky fall like rain. Unaffected by attack reflection. Has no effect in towns.
Level MP Cost: #mpCon, Damage: +#indieDamR%, Duration: #time sec. Arrows rain down on a zone every #x sec for #t sec when you attack with your own skills. Up to #y of these zones can be created, but they cannot overlap.
The falling arrows deal #q% damage to up to #z enemies, #w times. If currently attacking more than one enemy, the number of attacks increases by #v for each additional enemy, for up to #s additional attacks.
